[Nolug] Bellsouth's Pop servers... from Peter Kahle on 2002-03-15 (nolugarchives)

Anybody know if bellsouth's pop servers restrict you to popping mail
from one of their internal IPs? Reason I'm asking is, a friend of mine's
coming down to visit, and he wants to be able to check his email while
he's here. This is DSL, of course.
