Yesterday we had a very large project called into us for Entry Level
Helpdesk Technicians.

I wanted to see if any know had any friends or colleagues that may be
interested in the following project. If so, please feel free to pass
this information on.

Here are the details on the project.

Capitol One has asked us to identify 16 candidates that are available to
start work _this weekend and work 7 days a week through March 21_.

They purchased a bank in the Northeast and plan to do the cut over to
the Capitol One network by March 10.

We are looking for candidates who have excellent customer service and
phone skills, any technical experience that the candidates can bring to
the table would be great! Job duties will entail but not limited to re
setting passwords & trouble ticket entry. This is a great position for
someone to get exposed to the IT industry in a *_very fast paced_*
Helpdesk Environment. Candidates with excellent customer service & phone
skills with limited technical knowledge are encourage to apply.

Candidates MUST be flexible to work 7 days a week.

The shifts will rotate – 6am – 3pm

                                     7am – 4pm

                                     8am – 5pm

                                     9am – 6pm

_As well as weekends_.

The pay for this position is $13/hr + overtime for hours over 40.

This position is located at 1111 Tulane Ave. New Orleans, LA

_Candidates will have to pay for parking._

This position starts on Saturday 02/23 and is scheduled to end on March 21.
