How did the embedded computer workshop turn out? Yada yada, wish I
could have been there... (translation: I need to get my car over here)

;)

So... Who else is coming to Penguin Day?
I talked to one of the organizers of the Penguin Day conference and he
said that registration costs are sliding scale and that scholarships
are freely available to local techies via a substantial financial
contribution by the Joomla.org People. -

You can get in by pre-registering using the form at
http://penguinday.org, leaving the CC# info blank, and entering "Guest
of Penguin Day / Gunner" in one of the text fields.

I'm paying for my registration. I do that because I think these
people do a great job of organizing un-conferences and deserve to get
some compensation for feeding slobs working in IT (such as myself!).

Yours Truly,
Charles
