[Nolug] wiki spam

Guys,

Since yesterday the webpage has been hit with spambots. I'm trying to lock
things down a bit, but for now I've made every existing page read-only. If
you have to add something at this time, you might clone the page for now and
move your changes back to the original page once the scare is over.
