[Nolug] Recovering Partial EFS drives from Curtis 'cSc' Smith on 2008-04-29 (nolugarchives)

I recently had a bit of trouble with windows and my 160 Gig storage drive had
a single folder on it flagged as encrypted, anyone know if its possible to
recover the rest of the data? (I had to re-install windows on a seperate
drive other than the original). Windows just tells me it isn't formatted.
