Charter should be here to stay.
 
The Charter/Baton Rouge circuit would not do anything for the local routing.  This would be only for Charters' access.  Cox is working to improve routing all the time.  Still some work to do.  Atlanta and Dallas are still our main peering or interconnect points.  While I can not divulge specifics, we are adding peering points all the time now to make routing improvements.
