[Nolug] Cox.net and choosing a close mirror

Hi,

This is mainly aimed at Charles Jouglard, but anyone is welcome to
answer:

All else being equal, if I have the choice of downloading a large
file from mirrors in Dallas and Atlanta, which should I choose based
on Cox's network topography?
