Ease of use for one. We've used DriveXML and BartPE before to clone
systems and/or transfer them to new hardware. Very doable, but a PITA.
Tools like Acronis and Ghost do it all for you, including a working and
EASY TO CREATE boot floppy or CD. If you are using SCSI then this really
is important.
