That's on the fastest residential setup Cox offers...
One thing I have noticed, is during the week the internet starts going up
and down quite a bit around 11:00pm. It's rock solid every other time of
the day, but regularly does it around 11:00. Is that some sort of
testing/upgrades going on or something?
