launchpad is a z3 (with zsql orm) based dev collab framework, it plays
nice with bzr (and svn if you config bzr with that addon)

It is what canonical uses for ubuntu for one.

But plenty of people have strayed from heavily investing their time
into lp because of the lack of an open source license and source code.

Now that's changed.
