[Nolug] Word Processing needs -- Comments, as in Word

In MS Word, under the ¨Review¨ menu, one can make comments in/on a document
without disturbing the text of the document itself.

Does anyone know of a way to get the same or similar function in Open
Office? Or, can anyone suggest another Word Processing program that would
have this ability?
