throw linux on it, done. :)
(it's a PPC though, so it'd have to be debian or gentoo.. i think there
are one or two other distros that allow for PPC...)

also, you might want to get a shuttlePC. they're nice and small (but
considerably larger than a mac mini, eeebox, etc.) but can pack a bit
more power.
