[Nolug] fiber cut, expect outages

Hey y'all,

I just learned from a provider that there's a fiber cut somewhere, which
is why our office link to Mobile has been down all day (grumble).
However, it seems that I can't ping any box that's on a telocity
connection, including my box at home.
