They are one of the cheaper providers in terms of plans, but in my
opinion you get what you pay for with these guys. I can't speak for
the data plans, as I only have a voice plan. Sound quality is good,
but signal quality is awful. There are spots on I-10 near the LA-MS
line where I get no signal, and I often get no signal inside of
office buildings. In both cases my friends with AT&T get full
signal. For me it is adequate, as I am a cheapskate.
