They definitely ticket past 6. We ran into that problem last time.

I don't believe that they ticket people in white parking spaces past 6 or so. May want to check that.

The room number is 219 in the Math building on UNO's campus. That's on the second floor and we will be meeting at 6:30.
This is a map of the campus: http://www.uno.edu/maps/lakefront/
And a google map of where it's located: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=2000+lakeshore+dr+new+orleans,+la&sll=30.032155,-90.066151&sspn=0.239269,0.445976&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=2000+Lakeshore+Dr,+New+Orleans,+Orleans,+Louisiana+70122&ll=30.026885,-90.067871&spn=0.007478,0.013937&z=17&iwloc=A
As for parking. If you are not a UNO student and do not have a parking decal then you can park in one of the pay lots, I think it's $3, or you can park on the street off campus. Leon C. Simon or Elysian Fields would be closest. I know this is horribly inconvenient. I'm still trying to talk to campus police to see if they can offer an alternative, but for now we're going to have to rough it. It's a small campus though so walking ain't so bad ;)

UNO Math building, second floor. I'll have the exact room number for y'all tomorrow, but there are only 5 classrooms on that floor so it shouldn't be too hard to spot.

Am interested in the talk on bash. If there was an e-mail telling us exactly where I missed it.

Hey guys,
We will be having our normal NOLUG meeting tonight at CC's in Old Metairie at 6:30. Next week on Tuesday the 16th we will be having a special meeting on campus at UNO in conjunction with the UNO chapter of the ACM who's helping us out with a room for a guest speaker, Carl Albing, who works for Cray and will be in town for the supercomputing conference. He just wrote an O'Reilly book called the Bash Cookbook and will be giving a talk on bash and perhaps touching on his work using Linux in supercomputing. It should be an interesting talk. That will take place next week on Tuesday the 16th of this month at 6:30. I'm going to check and make sure I get the room number right and get back to y'all, but I wanted to get this out there first.
