I cannot get Ubuntu to recognize my USB external drive.  I want to format it before I throw it away. I also tried the same drive on a Windows 7 and xp and it doesn't give a drive letter.  ________________________________ From: Ron Johnson <ron.l.johnson@cox.net> To: nolug@nolug.org Sent: Sat, April 2, 2011 7:21:52 PM Subject: Re: [Nolug] APC UPS server shutdowns I'd look in the BIOS for something like "Wake On USB".
