You mean it cuts into their profits, rather. ISPs love blaming their
best customers for their high rates.

This country has some of the worst internet connections, and it has
more to do with the industry's regulatory capture of the FTC and FCC.

The blame, rather, lies with the lifestyles of the executives and investors.

All that said: You are wrong.
