[Nolug] Alternative Routing Devices

I did not want to hijack Joey's thread, but Mischa's question brings
up an interesting topic: what trends are you seeing in large corporate
networking equipment?

We run microtik (RouterOS) at my company. Interesting enough, we had a
hardware failure on one last year that ruined my week, but they are
generally well respected especially for the cost. Do you think Cisco
is threatened by SDN like OpenFlow? HP has signed on to support
OpenFlow. Google has as well.
