Rambling thoughts and questions:

Since I see Windows NT4 type disks, can I presume that this is being
served off Samba, and also maybe used for network installs of NT4?

Maybe I don't know enough about automount, but why is is needed?
Why not just keep these ISOs mounted continuously, and put them in
/etc/fstab?

Also, have you put more ISOs up recently? Maybe you've run out of
"free slots". That's my first hunch when seeing:
could not find any free loop device

Are any ISOs mounted at all, or can none mount? I ask this because
maybe loop.o got unloaded for some reason.
