It's had intermittent problems since last night. 10 minutes ago I couldn't
load it in lynx or wget or event telnet to port 80 from the nolug.org server.
Now I can, so the page is restored.

I had problems last night at home as well with slashdot. They're either
messing with their network or there has been some DoS attacks over there.
