Hi again,

What Scott asked in couple of his e-mails, I would also like to know. How
would people complain about these kinds of issues or otherwise indicate
their dissatisfaction?

I already tried Cox's contact form, which does not work. It only gives me
the same SQL error it gave me more than six months ago. Clearly Cox does not
want any customer feedback.
