[Nolug] Something that would never happen here

I was just reading some news from Finland and noticed an article which said
that one of the Finnish broadband providers is going to double the up/dl
speeds for their ADSL lines and at the same time lower the prices. (As far
as I know, no restrictions on keeping servers of any kind.)

I wonder when something like that would happen over here.....Dream on.....
