[Nolug] Louisiana LUG coooperation

To whom it may concern:

Recently there has been interest among the various
Louisiana based LUGs (Linux User Groups) to establish
some sort of inter-LUG communication and coordination.
Thanks to the efforts of Wendell Jones of the Lake
Charles LUG and Joey Kelly of the New Orleans LUG, a
mailing list has been setup (lalugs@joeykelly.net). To
