Yes you can, provided it is a VGA and not MAC's proprietary video
connector. The new MAC monitors have ADC (I think that is what they
are called) connectors and they are not the standard DB-15 connector.
Even if it is you can purchase an ADC to VGA converter for like $15
from MACmall.com
