  Not sure exactly what you mean by "modern quiet pc".

  Are you referring to one with NO fans?

  One with ONLY a power supply fan?

  Or external 'brick' power supply w/out fan...?

  Only a CPU fan?

  Just Power Supply & CPU fans?

  And/or some of the newer fans that claim to be 'quiet' (e.g. low speed
or variable speed)?

  Or something completely different?
