Slowest one I know with those specs is 1.3Ghz CPU.
It is still fairly decent typing machine. :O)

Unfortunately those are still about $100.

I'm actually looking for 4x 933Mhz 133Mhz FSB Intel CPUS. I have 2 new Dual
mobos still laying in a box, but no CPU's.
