from what i understand, it's just like any other rh upgrade. pop in the
fedora cd, it finds your rh9 install, and offers to upgrade.
tell your boss it isn't a Windows machine!!! linux/unix (and VMS) can run
for years without rebooting. And rebooting normally doesn't "fix"
anything anyway.
