[Nolug] Martian source error message

I'm wondering if someone can tell me why I am getting
this error message...

"martian source 192.168.1.1 from 192.168.1.100, on dev eth0
ll header: ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:00:06:25:2a:72:d1:08:06"

"martian source 192.168.1.255 from 192.168.1.100, on dev eth0
ll header: ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:00:06:25:2a:72:d1:08:00"

"martian source 255.255.255.255 from 192.168.1.100, on dev eth0
ll header: ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:00:06:25:2a:72:d1:08:00"

I did a search on google and all I could discover was
that the error was caused by misrouting. Ok, fine.
Misrouting from and to where? What configuration is
off on which machine (my linux or windows) box and
how can I fix it? I'm getting these errors so fast
and so frequently, I can barely do work on the linux
console.
