[Nolug] arguments against Broadband over Power Lines (BPL)

This is interesting... ham radio operators are objecting to BPL on the grounds
that major chunks of their spectrum will be rendered unusable due to noise
given off by BPL:

I've heard this objection before, as well as concerns about RF burns
(high-frequency radiation can indeed cause burns). That and the fact that the
technology itself is flawed.
