[Nolug] SAGE salary survey results and 2003 survey

Some of you have probably already seen this but perhaps not. Every
year, USENIX SAGE publishes a salary survey of "system
administrators". It is quite detailed and a worthwhile read,
especially if you are in the field or are trying to be in the field.
The primary use is to found how just how much individuals with similar
backgrounds and experience are making.
