Ok, to clarify:
Everyone's postfix would be "Internet site with smarthost".
My relayhost is still pointed to cox, but everyone else's is pointed
to me (haggis). Would that be:
    mynetworks = 127.0.0.0/8 192.168.1.0/24
Each of "their" postfix would be "relayhost = haggis" (that's my
box).

What exactly is mailhost?

BTW, the LAN is, I think, called homelan.
