hmm. maybe cable companies and their contractors will have to register
all of their installers and service techs. Basically anyone who touches
an analog or digital cable receiver (much less a sat receiver as you've
noted) falls under this vaguely worded statute. Especially if they're
interpreting so loosely as to include PC's with video capture cards and
the like.
