For 3Mbps service, the caps are 30GB down and 7.5GB up per month.
For 4Mbps service, the caps are 50GB down and 12GB up per month.
The problem really isn't the download cap, as much as its the upload
caps. I do a lot of uploading with VoIP, gaming, transferring files
to and from my brother and VPNing into my house to get stuff for school
and work...
