This has absolutely nothing to do with browser!
It is all the basic functionality of macromedia flash. The camera
controlling features were already in the version 6 of MM flash, howevever
somewhat undocumented. A friend of mine used it in his graduation piece in
Fine Arts 2 years ago.
Version 7 addedd this warning popup to the flash client (Atleast in
windows). Perhaps some of the latest v6 flash plugins for other platforms
have it as well.
