I think Mark is right about the unsubscribe links--in my experience they
usually work. The same with no-fax numbers--once I get through to them,
it usually stops the unwanted faxes, which aren't covered by the
do-no-call law (but I think there is a legal requirement that the
provide the number to cancel).
