[Nolug] municipal wireless

We are thinking about starting a project with the city of Hammond to
deploy wireless in downtown Hammond. Does anyone know or have any
contacts with the groups that have/are doing municipal wireless in New
Orleans and Baton Rouge? I'd just like to touch base with them and bounce
a few ideas around...
