Have you ever played an online game? They move fast. Even if you don't
lose your connection to the server, enough has happened in that 8-10
second lag time as to make the game unusable. In my opinion, this is not
acceptable.
(i think we've already confirmed that some N.O. Cox routers are dropping
actual data and not just icmp)
