Hello Charles.

A person asks for your assistance and you call it a debate?

I'm certainly glad to find out that your security filters were not the cause
of the 17 minute route-flapping outage yesterday from 16:51 to 17:08. That
event affected all of your New Orleans customers, too. But it only blocked
their Internet access, not access to my site.

I did think it was pretty funny that your Tech Spt was telling people to
reboot their computers to solve the problem, however, when it was actually 5
hops away in Atlanta.

Oh well. That's the way it goes. I'll shut up now and won't post about this
"true or perceived issue" again till it is resolved.

John

to resolve any true or perceived issue. As stated in the past I shall not
