[Nolug] full VPN via SSH

Guys,

The latest version of OpenSSH allows you to set up tun/tap interfaces,
meaning you can set up a full VPN if you know what you're doing. No
more having to run VPN suites or purchase dedicated VPN boxes:

As noted, a few smarts are required, but this is quite impressive.
