[Nolug] IRC server

Hiya,

   I saw the messages regarding IRC chat. I am currently running an IRC server in a small net. the server link is irc.amerland.net
That link will work even if I my server is not linked to the rest of the net. I already have a #nolug channel set up.
Anyone is free to use it anytime.
