[Nolug] Upgrading to Thunderbird 2.0 under Ubuntu Dapper

I'm quite interested in the newest release of Thunderbird, but I'm at a
loss for how to upgrade to it in such a way as to import all my old
settings and mail and accounts. Anyone got any suggestions?
