[Nolug] Sun goes to war with Net App

Has anyone heard of this? You really need to read the whole thing to
understand what's going on:

Looks like Net App is suing Sun over ZFS. In response, Sun is trying to
determine their options for suing Net App back over NFS as a defensive
measure:
