 You're correct, but what MS seems to be trying to do is say all
 open-source is like the GPL. They say Open-Source is bad, then go on to
 quote problems they have with the GPL as reasons. Kinda a reverse
 bait-and-switch. hrm... at the risk of being politically incorrect
 (like I care, but I don't want to offend anyone) it's like some of
 what's going on in the far-right in this country right now, trying to
 paint all Muslims with the brush they used on bin Laden.
