Cox is no good for what you want. They disallow port 80 and port 25, which is
web and mail traffic.
Everyone here pretty much swears by Telocity (now DirecTVDSL). That's what I
have, what Scott used to have, and probably half of nolug has.
However, if you just want to host your school's site, I can do that for you,
for cheap. What kind of stuff were you looking to do?
