You can buy small buckets of dehumidifying crystals at any hard-
ware store, just as a temporary solution while you research how
to build a dehumidifier. Unfortunately, traditional mechanical
ones rely on heat...

Why need a dehumidifier if you keep the 'fridge door closed?
