Boy, you guys can turn anything into an argument :)...
Chris meant a programming language. And sure it is a "language," but
it is a markup/description language. And before you say that some
languages use XML tags as syntax (e.g., ColdFusion), that is not the
same thing as purporting that XML itself is a programming language or
that one thinks it is strongly enough to put it on their resume. It is
simple ignorance.
