Exactly...XML isn't a true language, it has no commands, and merely consists
of < />. You create your own tags in it, and it does absolutely nothing.
Yes, the L stands for language, but it's more of a (lousy and inefficient)
structure rather than a language. That's like trying to call TXT, CSV, or
even XLS a language. You then use an actualy language, such as PHP, Python,
C++, etc to do something with that structured data.
