Not any more. email abuse@charter-ala.com if it's in alabama, GA, or
Louisiana. elsewhere it goes into a queue and eventually gets funnelled to
an appropriate party. They may or may not answer it.
Having had responsibility for an abuse@ for charter, I can say that the load
is overwhelming. Lots of random scans, windows trojan, and legal warnings
from DMCA lawyer types. I'd look for legit hacking stuff, anything less
would merit an email warning or being passed onto someone local.
If you think you've got something worth doing, pass it on to me and I'll get
it some visibility. I may not be at Charter but I still know who to talk to
