Thanks for the info.

My issue is not really alarming, more likely annoying. There is one specific
account/user in their network who is sending about 60-80 virus e-mails to me
per day. This has been going on for more than a week.

I sent an e-mail to that person few times already, but he/she obviously
ignored it.

Now I have all his/her e-mails stopped on the server, but the mail log files
are getting bigger and bigger because of that.

Perhaps charter eventually does something with the case.
