I need a Network/Systems Engineer for my direct client in NYC.
The project is a DIRECT HIRE position and starts December 14, 2009.
Ideally, I need a Network/Systems engineer that will be responsible for
the design, implementation, maintenance and remote support of
network systems, as well as specialized server, desktop and mobile
hardware platforms. Responsibilities include: Multi-level troubleshooting
and root-cause problem solving, Application of TCP/IP routing and
switching principles to practical solutions, Local and Wide Area network
design and topology, Installation/configuration of LAN and Wireless
hardware and maintenance of wiring closets, Management of Cisco and
other hardware, including consumer-grade routers and switches, Planning,
implementation and administration of perimeter security and
firewalling. Must have extensive hands-on experience with Cisco and
other network hardware.
The annual salary will then be $75,000 plus benefits.
